In their forthcoming tome, Chanel celebrates the stylistic versatility of their little black jacket. Conceived in the fifties by the one and only Coco, the LBJ has been endlessly reinvented by Karl Lagerfeld and worn by countless personalities in a multitude of ways which with the help of Carine Roitfled, Lagerfeld has captured in a series of unique photographs.

Over a hundred images capture the beauty of Chanel's friends and muses who self-style the classic garment. An exhibition in Tokyo from 24th March – 15th April will accompany the book’s release this Fall.

Now all we need is the perfect coffee shot to pep us up whilst we turn some pages.

Speaking of which, we love David Lynch's bizarre short film for his new signature cup coffee. Has anyone tried it yet?!
