Today’s POP is Isabelle, in the midst of fashion weeks madness…

Just before we had put this issue to print, amongst all the madness, I had a quick coffee escape to meet Alexia. Therefore, I first of all wanna apologize, as this blog should have been up already a month ago… but hey, maybe it’s better now that Autumn has arrived and scarves are back being part of our daily accessories.

Not only is Alexia a real cool chick, someone you’d wanna hang out with after work for a drink talking and laughing about the ups and downs of life – she is down to earth, very humble and you can tell she really does what she does because she loves it!

So for all of you who are a bit like me, more into “the accessory makes the difference” – have a look at her scarves, there is always that little extra that makes it oh-so-Alexia-special!

POP: What do you love so much about scarves?
Alexia: Scarves are like a piece of jewellery – they add impact to any outfit.

POP: What did you do before scarf making?
Alexia: I designed every piece of clothing possible.

POP: Your favorite way to wear a scarf?
Alexia: I’m always looking for new and wonderful ways to wear a scarf.  I’m having great fun tying and knotting the Stella!

POP: What is in your opinion a scarf faux-pas?
Alexia: Wearing the triangle scarf as a top for daytime City wear!  Ouch!!

POP: What’s the one thing you do not leave your house without?
Alexia: Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour cream.

POP: Nicest compliment from someone wearing one of your scarves?
Alexia: I store all my compliments – they give me energy and belief in my work.

POP: If tomorrow Louis Vuitton and Hermès approached you and said we want you to customize their classic scarves – which one would you be more thrilled to work with?
Alexia: I’d be honored but this is a tough question – when I think of a scarf brand I immediately think of Hermès. I would love to put my twist on their classic designs.

POP: Whose mouth would you like to gag with a scarf so they’d finally stop talking?
Alexia: Traffic Wardens.

POP: And who would you like to tie-up in bed?
Alexia: After one year of marriage, still my husband!
