Today’s POP is Becky. She’s so stylish we give her Miu Miu bags and Louis De Gamma gives her dresses…
POP gave Becky the new Miu Miu Resort handbag from the Stage Collection to test drive for an evening. Becky and Abby hit the town to some art parties, we felt the bag deserved it.
The first stop was Glenn Brown at Gagosian Gallery where Larry Gagosian was left speechless by my new bag. Literally. I could tell he was impressed. Tim Noble was scared of my bag . He wouldn’t look directly at it. He could only hide behind it.
Next stop Hats Plus to the Simon Popper exhibition where we bumped into the very sexy Phillipa Horan. She obviously thought my bag was the hottest thing ever. Its all in the eyes….
Last stop was the Whitecube party for Anselm Kiefer where there were some seriously old folk busting grooves on the dance floor that would no doubt lead to hernias’. I could see Jay Jopling looking at the bag from across the dance floor, I think he was intimidated by it as I never photographed him looking directly at it.
3 Parties in one night. I think I did the bag justice. Thank god it’s just big enough to fit in some nurofen for the morning. Now I just need a new liver. Sponsored by Miu Miu?
